pésimo servicio, hice una inversión en un fondo, después de un mes retire esa inversión con ganancias acumuladas, después de 15 días decidí volver a invertir en el fondo y me descontaron el valor de la ganancias anteriores que porque el valor de lo depositado menos lo retirado (acumulados totales del año) no coincidía, según soporte me dijo asi, osea que me descontaron las ganancias que había tomado anteriormente del nuevo saldo... y la respuesta de atención al cliente es el fondo funciona asi.

los retiros son un dolor de cabeza, puede uno suponer que tienen problemas de liquidez, te retienen el dinero por unos días y ni intereses te dan, en otras plataformas los retiros son inmediatos.
