TripSplit is an expense and bill splitting app designed for trips, holidays, daily shared costs, and group activities. It helps groups record who paid, how much was spent, and who should settle with whom at the end. Create a new trip, add participants, and start logging shared expenses in a few steps. Each expense can include a title, amount, date, category, payer, and the members who share that cost. The app lets users invite and manage trip members. Contacts can be imported or added manually, and each member can be included in all expenses by default or only selected for specific expenses. Balances are shown per person so that it is clear who owes money and who should receive money. This makes it easier to plan settlements at the end of a trip or at regular intervals during a long journey.
TripSplit supports a configurable currency for each trip. Users can choose a default currency and enter expenses in that currency to keep calculations consistent. Amount formatting is handled automatically to keep values clear and easy to read.
