We use this app as a training tool to contact clients. I need to check for messages constantly as I don't receive notifications at all. I called customer service a year ago and they assured me they were working on an update to fix the issue. So far no results.

The app never works and constantly crashes plus never loads text messages from clients plus zero help to resolve the problem
