NORMS

National Online Reporting and Monitoring Systems (NORMS) is developed as part of the North-East Technical Support Unit (NETSU) for tracking and monitoring the field activities. NORMS provides an integrated web application and Mobile application platform to easily capture data. NORMS web application tracks the field visits and supportive supervision activities by the NETSU team. In addition, the activities carried out by the mentors through the Project Sunrise such as Index Testing services, secondary distribution of needles and syringes and fortnight updates. The PLHIV 90:90:90 cascade monitoring and OST tracking has been recently integrated within the NORMS

The Mobile App captures the Community Feedback mechanism data through the field mentors. At the OST centers, the mobile App can be used by the counsellor for daily dose and retention tracking and referral services
