About Turin

Turin consists of improving the level of sedentary lifestyle by performing a daily challenge for 20 days. The activities are of short duration, starting from 3 minutes per day and the aim is to progressively increase the level until reaching 20 minutes at the end of the program (minutes necessary to not be considered sedentary). These physical activities are adapted to the level of sedentary lifestyle indicated by the application for personalized progress.
