honestly im going thru a breakup and a very difficult time in my life I figured id try this and was incredibly surprised w how much it helped me & how much better I felt after using the app. also how much it helped organize my thoughts and what I need to focus on moving forward. it helped me in so many ways. truly recommend anybody give it a try .you won't regret it. you can never do to much self improvement.

this has saved my sanity n has really offered tools that do work and I used to working a treatment center, anyone who wants to get sober but isnunsure where or how to start, I recommend this to everyone. It has saved my life during dark times and i love it. coming from Vancouver main and Hastings addict
