Half-peak - coefficient K2 = 1, the beginning and end of the period - 7: 00-8: 00/11: 00-20: 00/22: 00-23: 00
Peak - coefficient K3 = 1.5, beginning and end of the period - 8: 00-11: 00/20: 00-22: 00
