Typhon Studio is proud to launch the simultaneous release of the free-to-play Alpha build and Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for the mobile game Typhon’s Island. This is an original online mobile board game inspired by ancient Greek mythology and features:
- Strategic, rewarding and challenging gameplay
- Resource management to acquire and use God powers
- NPC Monster movements and Combat
- 3D Game board
- Visually vibrant 2D graphical design and interface
- Multiplayer online matchmaking
In the game, you find yourself marooned on a mysterious Island inhabited by deadly mystical creatures. In order to survive and earn your freedom, you will have to display your valour and engage these creatures in mortal combat. But help is at hand, you can gain favour from a pantheon of Gods, who will bestow their powers to outmanoeuvre and outwit both creatures and other players.
This free-to-play public Alpha build of the game showcases the core gameplay mechanics. Our target is to collect feedback on potential issues and suggestions for future enhancements. The Alpha build will be available for iOS and Android for a limited period.
