The Waste Home Digital (WHD) application is here to assist residents in managing and processing waste from transportation to exchanging waste into goods through a digital system. In addition, this application was also created with the aim of increasing awareness, knowledge, and the ability of residents to be able to manage and process waste independently. The biggest factor in the emergence of waste problems in Sukomulyo Village is the difficulty of coordination with the waste management officers and the limited knowledge of residents to process waste. Residents tend to let household, agricultural, and livestock waste accumulate. These problems can be overcome with the Waste Home Digital (WHD) application.
a) Service
Contains services that will make it easier for residents to coordinate with officers regarding the schedule for transportation and sorting of waste. In addition, this feature also provides information in the form of waste education ranging from management to processing waste into useful goods, such as fertilizers, ecobricks, and the cultivation of animal feed in the form of maggot.
b) Complaints
This feature will be a means for the community to submit complaints, criticisms, suggestions, and questions about applications and services from waste management officers.
c) Exchange
This feature is used to exchange trash for points. The collected points can later be exchanged for money, groceries, fertilizer, or exchanged for alms which will be handed over to people in need.
