Yubikan FMS is a corporate-only vehicle management service for members using the Yubikan vehicle control service.
Using Yubikan FMS, you can check the availability of corporate vehicles and reserve/use them anytime, anywhere via your mobile phone, and you can control the vehicle (door emergency lights, horn) through the app without a separate vehicle key.
* You can sign up and use Yubikan FMS only after receiving approval from the corporation using the Yubikan vehicle control service.

- Vehicle control via smart key (available 15 minutes before start of operation)
- Vehicle return processing and rental extension
- Check reservation details and change or cancel reservations
- Check past vehicle usage history

* Notification: Permission to receive notification of vehicle reservation time.
* Battery optimization exception: Permission to receive notifications in the background.

* Location: Permission to control the vehicle via Bluetooth.
