Travelling to an off-street car park? Be provided with rates, opening hours, height restrictions, pictures of the car park entry & more!

The app asked for permanent GPS location so it could "tell when you were close the car park." didn't matter it didn't track properly anyway. App crashed 2 times in the 5min it was on my phone. Didn't work on the gates as advertised. Problem is prepaid parking is supposedly linked to the app to access the park. People on the call button are obviously over this as well.

Frequent glitches with managing began different vehicles for one car park. Website version has no obvious login button to do it off app. Frustrating when I end up getting a ticket because of Ubipark fault
