In this context, the Educational Program - UCANET" created by the Municipal Autonomous Government of Yacuiba at the initiative of the Municipal Executive Mr. Carlos Eduardo Brú Cavero, emerges as a policy aimed at promoting social, technological and educational inclusion based on actions that ensure access and promote the use of them in schools, since these educational technologies allow students to acquire new skills and abilities for personal and professional life in the 21st century, becoming an effective instrument to improve productivity, generate growth economic growth, create jobs and promote employability, as well as improve the quality of life of an entire people.
