You have the freedom to add your own food and nutrition information and build your own meals in an easy and intuitive way, as well as being able to track their evolution based on your daily caloric expenditure history.

Ufitness does not require a login and has the simple purpose of helping you organize your meal plan and keep you on a regular eating routine to achieve your goals.
