This innovation was motivated by the Depati Bahrin Hospital (RSUD DB), one of the agencies contributing to the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Bangka Regency in the period 2015 - 2016. This is due to the large number of emergency cases in pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth, there is no data by name and by case for pregnant women in Bangka District, the delay of the medical team in giving action to cases of bleeding, hypertension in pregnancy, congestion, infections and complications of abortion and the absence of direct monitoring by a doctor gynecologists for pregnant women who are blessed during pregnancy and during the puerperium. Likewise, pediatricians cannot monitor the baby's condition directly at the Bangka Regency.
To overcome this problem the RSUD DB forms a "all out" strategy in the form of comprehensive public services to accelerate the reduction of high-risk maternal and infant mortality. The public service innovation is a merger between the activity program namely "White Pepper" which is supported by the Android-based "SiLada Putih" application which is connected with the 24-hour Midwifery Command Center RSUD DB. The "SiLada Putih" application connecting with the midwifery Command center is an original innovation that has never existed in Indonesia.
With this innovation, it is expected that the handling of obstetric emergency cases can be done quickly, precisely, effectively and comprehensively, from the time of pregnancy pregnant women and babies with complications have been assisted by obgyn specialist doctors and child specialists RSUD DB, action management by doctors and the team at RSUD DB is getting faster.
