SOLARUM - Włodawa Miasto z Energią is an ICT application for mobile devices, aimed at energy and ecological education of the inhabitants of Włodawa and raising their awareness about RES. They will be there, among others presentation of RES project and technology (used for educational purposes and promotion of clean energy products), presentation of the commune's assets that the project protects.
