The application facilitates the management of support for students / doctoral students / employees with special needs at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin by the Team for Supporting People with Disabilities.
The main goal is to improve the process of organizing forms of support for people with special needs and communication with the UMCS Support Team for People with Disabilities, assistants, people providing psychological support, sign language interpreters and other entities cooperating with the Support Team. The application enables:
- ordering support:
a. assistant,
b. sign language interpreter,
c. psychological support,
d. external tansport.
- viewing and editing added orders,
- discussing details in the chat,
- familiarization with important information / events.
The application was created as part of the project "Available UMCS" implemented under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development for 2014-2020, Priority Axis III Higher education for the economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive programs of universities co-financed by the European Social Fund.
