Payment Policy
Our Payment Policy is simple. If you want to pay through local currency then you can pay using BKASH, Debit/Credit Card. In BKASH payment send the transaction ID for confirmation. The merchant number is mentioned in the payment guide below.
If you want to make a payment for USD ($) then you have to use a dual currency card, before payment make sure your USD gateway for E-Commerce is opened by Bank/Card Authority.
Shipping
We provide two types of shipping for our customers. If any one buy products from our all category except Ready Stock, the shipping cost are depended on your country origin. But most of the products are free shipping facilities by China Post Registered Air Mail or Singapore Post. These types of shipping you will get the product with in 45 days. Because all of the product comes from China, Singapore, Thailand, India & USA.
The other type is fully free shipping for Bangladeshi customers if he/she buy products from our ready-stock category. Customers will get the products within 3 days, all over Bangladesh.
Delivery Timeline
The delivery might take longer than the usual time frame/line to be followed by Uneedshop. Delivery might be delayed due to force event which includes, but are not limited to, political unrest, political event, national /public holidays, etc.
Refund Policy
If you can’t come to an amicable agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 15 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
Refund Timeline
If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
