The Gérontopôle of the Toulouse University Hospital, a WHO collaborating center, has adapted the STEP1 screening tool from the ICOPE program as a monitoring and follow-up tool, allowing, every 6 months, the evaluation of 6 essential functions for aging healthy: cognition, nutrition, hearing, vision, psychology, and mobility. These 6 functions will be evaluated via the ICOPE MONITOR mobile application.
