Tidar University is committed to providing public information services in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. In the context of implementing public information services, the Chancellor of UNTIDAR stipulates the Decree of the Chancellor of Tidar University number: 240/UN57/HK.02/2019 dated 17 September 2019 concerning the Organizational Structure and Management of Tidar University Information and Documentation.
In 2020, the Rector's Decree Number 95/UN57/K/HM/2020 concerning the Appointment of the Information and Documentation Manager (PID) of Tidar University was stipulated. In this decree, the Chancellor appointed the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs as the Implementing PPID, the Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance and the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni as the Advisory Team for the Implementing PPID.
In carrying out its duties, the Implementing PPID is assisted by
- Implementing PPID Assistant consisting of:
2 Heads of Bureaus, namely: Head of Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation and Head of Bureau of General Affairs and Finance;
1 Head of Institution, namely: Head of LPPM-PMP;
3 Heads of UPT, namely: Head of UPT Central Library, Head of UPT Language, Head of UPT PKPP;
5 Deputy Deans, namely: Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs FKIP, Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs FE, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs FP, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs FT, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs FISIP
- PPID Sub Implementer for Information Dispute Resolution: Head of Sub-Division of Law, Management, Personnel
- Sub PPID Documentation and Information Management : Head of UPT ICT and Head of Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Section
- PPID Information Services: Head of Planning, Cooperation, and Public Relations, Head of Sub-Division of Cooperation and Public Relations and Public Relations Staff
