Llevo más de 2 meses intentando ingresar no me deja, he hablado muchas veces al call center y no me ayudan, el chat de ayuda de la app tampoco ayudan a nada diciendo que es problema del banco Cuscatlan la verdad una experiencia horrible, no entiendo porque se complican tanto que las personas ni se pueden loguear algo tan simple no pueden hacer bien y loo peor que pasa el tiempo y no arreglan nada.

Muy complicada interfaz, ese formato de chat es bien complicado de usar, confuso, nada amigable, 0 intuitiva, he intentado usarla dos veces y me estresa, la he desinstalado, espero la cambien totalmente para poder intentar usarla de nuevo.
