The application allows you to watch what the camera of another phone is recording on one phone. The phones can be connected to each other through the mobile hotspot of one of the phones, so no WiFi router is needed. The maximum tested communication distance between phones through a mobile access point is 180 steps. You can fix one phone on the observation point and see what it is shooting from a distance.
