Pragmatic - Flashtag Reader Ap

Using the app:
When using the app in web mode a folder/file *must* be created in the default Download folder:
Download/Pragmatic/pragtag.csv
The contents of the file should be as follows (including new lines): tag,website
0192,www.usingnfc.com
4321,www.stackoverflow.com
ABCD,www.amazon.co.uk
...

For none web mode put the images in this same folder using the format:
0192.jpg
etc.
