The Quran or the Qur'an (in Arabic: القرآن, al-Qurani's Translation, "recitation") is the holy book of Islam. Muslims are the meaning of the word of Allah, the Qur'an, revealed to the Prophet Muhammad for twenty-three years. The Qur'an refers to the Qur'an al-karim or means reading.
