CSAM WCD

"This is an easy to use android based mobile application developed with technical support of RCoENRRT (AIIMS, Bhopal) and UNICEF for Department of Women and Child Development (DWCD), Madhya Pradesh. The application will be used by field level staff of DWCD, MP, to capture implementation data of 'Community based Management of Severely Acute Malnourished Children' (CSAM) program. The application is used to register severely acute malnourished (SAM) children into the program, systematically record the information on nutritonal and therapeutic services provided to SAM child in the community, make referral to Nutrition Rehabilitation Centers (NRCs) if required and record follow up data."
