Michigan Planners members can use our app as a 24/7 tool to submit benefit questions, file a claim, and learn about different carrier resources that are available to all employees. When using the MPI app, questions pertaining to your benefits or a billing issues will be responded to in a 24-48 hour time frame. Members will be able to ask questions pertaining to a bill, ask questions about their benefits, for example, when or how do I add my child to my plan. Members will also be able to learn about different carrier resources, such as finding a doctor, different reward programs and how to enroll in your benefits using Employee Navigator.
