With Emprego UNIPAM, students and graduates will be able to fill in their professional profile for curriculum generation and participation in jobs and internships. For each vacancy available in the system, a relationship will be made between the requirements defined by the company and the information of each profile, calculating a grade indicating the degree of aptitude for the vacancy, facilitating the recruitment process for companies and indicating vacancies that are of interest to each student. In the registration of the profile, the student can also indicate if they want to receive job offers, which will be sent by means of messages in the academic portal of UNIPAM and by e-mail.
The projects registered in the system, developed by the student during the course, as well as the extension events in which he participated, validated by each course coordinator, will be automatically made available in the profile of each student, who will be able to choose the ones he wants to make available in his curriculum. Companies will be able to search the professional profiles in the system, based on the information registered, as well as verify the professional skills of future talent that may be part of their work teams.
