Arman Kuanyshbayev was born in 1977 in the South Kazakhstan region. He received his religious education at a madrassa in Uzbekistan. From 1999 to 2004 he studied at the Islamic Institute in Yemen. After his arrival he worked as a teacher at the "Nur Mubarak" Institute. For the last three years he has been a member of the Republican Information and Explanatory Group at the Kazakh State Medical University. Married. Father of four children.
