Marcatempo Plus is an application that transforms your smartphone into a latest generation but at the same time extremely economical stamping system.
It can be used in different situations:
1. To manage company attendance and / or work / order times;
2. To monitor the working times of professionals;
3. As access control in schools, associations, gyms, etc. ..
4. As a door opener combined with the ApriPi system;
5. to register pre-registered guests with the Smart Visitor Register app;
6. to record the daily reports of staff working off-site.
It is possible to register entry and exit stampings in 4 different ways:
1. Pressing a button;
2. Reading a QR code;
3. Reading a bagde or an RFID or NFC tag (this obviously only if the device is equipped with this functionality);
4. Pressing a button in the vicinity of a BLE Beacon.
The app allows you to save data in an online database (InOut Presenze) in order to aggregate them, in the case of multiple stamping stations, and print them via PC.
Those who have staff who work off-site can save, together with each stamping, the GPS coordinates, or if the external offices are fixed, it is possible to place BLE Beacons in each of these and allow the stamping only in their vicinity (about 5-10 mt of radius).
It is possible to create a fixed stamping station with a smartphone with NFC sensor or using a BLE Beacon.
Finally, the app allows you to record processing times, a very useful function to know how many hours it takes to:
perform a certain work;
make a product;
assisting a customer;
etc...
