Worst bank ever, card gets declined almost everywhere I use it. Even been using my card on Amazon for years and it gets declined randomly and the bank does nothing to help.

I had the Glacier bank app and it always worked great. in the last month, I've had the valley bank app and it only updates half the time. Mostly I have to go use my laptop or browser. Get real guys. Fix this!

Once a week this app can't pull current information from your account. Sometimes the issue goes on for several hours - right now it's gone on for several days for me. This app is garbage. I expect more from a banking app. This happens approximately once a week - usually on a Saturday by the way. This is a terrible banking app. Being able to tell you how much money you have in your account should be the bare minimum of how a banking app should perform and this one does not do that consistently.

Constantly throwing errors, doesn't update, etc. And it's not a connection issue. I've thought about moving banks just because of all the trouble I have with this damn app.
