As a Public Benefit Corporation, we are ethically committed, and legally required, to 1) operate in a responsible and sustainable manner; 2) produce a public benefit and 3) be managed in a manner that balances stockholders’ pecuniary interests, the best interests of those materially affected by the corporation’s conduct and the public benefit identified in our certificate of incorporation.
