It is an educational care technology. It consists of 5 Blocks, one with the criteria for opening the brain death protocol, according to Resolution of the Federal Council of Medicine, CFM nº 2173/2017, the 4 blocks, discriminating the essential nursing care, applied since before the opening. of the Brain Death Protocol, until the possible realization or not of the organ donation. Nursing Diagnoses and Interventions are in accordance with NANDA-I taxonomy. The legal and scientific support of each block is presented.
