With this app, the daily working hours can be recorded very easily - especially if this is often interrupted by breaks and other private hours. This can e.g. with trust working hours to be useful to ensure compliance with contract working hours and to be able to make the records in accordance with $ 16 (2) ArbZG in a separate (e.g. manual) form. The app can also help with usage-based working time recording, because it can also be used to record sections of the working day.
In addition, their users should be encouraged to use their working hours more consciously and usually also more efficiently. To
• After 90 minutes of uninterrupted working time, it stimulates a text field to interrupt work;
• After reaching a daily working time of 8 hours, a text field encourages you to leave it as good as possible for that day;
• If a daily working time of 9 hours has been reached, a text box indicates that the legal maximum daily working hours of 10 hours applicable for German employees are approaching - an end should therefore soon be found;
• If a daily working time of 10 hours is reached, a text box indicates that employees continue to work beyond the statutory maximum daily working hours, so that they can now do their daily work - except in the legally regulated exceptional cases (see Section 14 ArbZG for details) - should end immediately.
Working time measurement
To start recording your working time at the start of your personal working day, click on the green "Start" button. This turns it into the "Pause / End" button. As long as you do not click on this button - whatever you do when you interrupt your working time or end your working day ("break / end") - your working time is recorded in seconds and displayed above this button. The duration of the current work section is shown on the left and the total duration of your daily working time (also in hours, minutes and seconds) on the right. At the top of the app menu you will find a "Reset" button (the circular arrow). After tapping this button, you will first be asked to confirm the time reset. If you confirm this security question by tapping "Yes", the acquisition is stopped and both displayed times are reset to 00:00:00.
