With mobile@vdk you can arrange your banking wherever and whenever you want!

You will find all your bank info under 5 clear tabs:
1. Welcome screen: Thanks to the personal notifications you stay informed always and everywhere.
2. Products: You can find more information about all your products in a few clicks.
3. Payment: You will find all actions clearly grouped together on this tab, from making a transfer to creating a payment request via a QR code.
4. Communication: Here you will find all important documents and messages. You also have a direct line with your vdk bank branch.
5. Profile: Manage your profile settings or choose an avatar. If you also have a professional profile, you can easily switch between your profiles.

With mobile@vdk you can not only quickly, but also easily and safely:
• Consult your bills and payments.
• View and change your scheduled payments.
• Pay and receive with QR code.
• View all transactions on your accounts and set filters.
• View and manage all SEPA direct debits.
• Create and manage standing orders.
• Activate Maestro for use outside Europe.
• Change the limits of your debit card.
• View your Visa expense statement.
• Change your security code
• Read messages, download attachments. Note: You need an app to open PDF documents.
• View or save your account statements.
• Contact your local vdk bank branch
Do you want to easily pay back your friends (remotely or via QR code) or pay securely in your favorite webshop? Then download the Payconic by Bancontact app and link your card and account.

Before you can use mobile@vdk, you first need to register your smartphone via online@vdk or via your vdk bank branch for security reasons. You will find the full explanation for this at http://www.vdk.be/particulieren/pay/bankieren/mobilevdk. As soon as you have completed the steps, you can get started with mobile@vdk.
