NOTIFY CUSTOMER
Step 1: Customer receives automatic notification by text or email once service repair is complete and ready for pick up. In addition, notification is sent with invoice details and secure link to a branded payment page. Payment page is pre-populated with customer's name, invoice number and invoice amount.

MOBILE PAYMENT
Step 2: Secure payment portal prompts customer to enter credit card information, then submit to complete transaction online. A payment confirmation will be sent at completion of transaction.

CONFIRM PAYMENT
Step 3: Customer receives an instant text or email confirming payment. A formal payment receipt is emailed to customer for their banking records.
