MSSpointer guides you through the process of pointing your fixed site terminal at the optimal MSS satellite for your current location. This will allow you to achieve maxmimum performance from the MSS network.
The four steps for pointing are:
1) Calibrate the pointing device running this app
2) Determine the general direction of the satellite
3) Accurately point an MSS device towards the satellite
4) Check that the pointing was successful
The tabs at the bottom of the display will lead you through these four steps of the pointing process. Each step in the sequence should be completed before proceeding to the next step, starting on the left and moving toward the right.
