VIB DCS

DCS mobile application is a tailored solution for business users of VIB International Bank to assist staff in field debt collection and settlement. The software is designed synchronously with the DCS debt collection system, helping staff to operate quickly and conveniently, ensuring safety when using applications outside the bank, contributing to promoting the work efficiency of staff. ministries and departments.
The system is composed of 5 main modules, including:

1. Dashboard: Briefly display data about the categories that are currently under the management of staff

2. List: query and update information of loans being allocated to staff

3. Find PTVTs: quickly search for found operators (means of transport) being assigned to the debt settlement team and share the current location of found transmitters

4. Map: allows staff to check customer addresses in the priority list and search for all customer addresses in the allocation list

5. My Corner: allows viewing and installation of user-related add-ons
