great app the response time and way it prepares a written letter or statement is amazing it's exactly what I needed for my situation. I am going to pay for the subscription eventually because right now I am using the free service but I'm enjoying it so far so good.

it's super super slow really really really really really really slow way too slow and even pay for the app and it's so slow that it doesn't do absolutely anything when my phone's working with anything else and it doesn't do anything but I really needed to and every time I ask you a question and sit there and just .... ... .. ... ... ... ... ... which is really pathetic because I really needed some support and some assistance for my court case and this isn't helping at all I just wasted my money
