VM3 is the application to instruct and monitor the implementation of the Villares Metals Manufacturing Model, a permanent program for managing productive excellence based on continuous improvement by combating losses, reducing costs and developing people in specific problem solving methods for achieve operational excellence. Its activities include executive actions in 13 different pillars: Safety, Costs, Improvement, Workplace Organization, Autonomy, Maintenance, People, Automation & Technology, Quality, Logistics & Planning, Energy, Environment and Office.
The application contains the implementation steps and updates the participants of the activities carried out by the program teams.
