Speak Up: Fight Violence Against Women and Children is an application designed to educate people about VAWC and help people experiencing VAWC related crimes.
The application contains a summary of the R.A 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004. An assessment checklist where user could assess themselves or someone they know if they were experiencing VAWC related crimes. It also contain a step by step guide on what they could do in regards to this VAWC crimes. The application also features organized contact information of the different barangay held desks of Echague, Isabela to where they could seek help if they need to. This application was made in collaboration with the Mengal Women of Echague headed by Mrs. Febe Lasangan.
