The Youforce app is the HR app for healthcare and government. With the app from Visma | Raet, you can quickly and easily arrange your HR matters. With the standard functionality in the app, you always have an overview of your own profile information and easy access to your HR documents such as the salary slip, an employment contract or annual statement. But the Youforce app can do much more! However, the extra functionality in the app depends on the policy and the choices your employer has made. So ask your employer about the possibilities.
What does the app offer? (depending on your employer)
- Record which days you work from home and when you travel to the office. Based on the days worked, the correct monthly travel expenses and home work allowances are automatically calculated and paid via your salary!
- Declare your expenses super easy. Take a photo of your receipt and you will immediately see the amount and date in the declaration. Just click on 'Submit' and the claim will be submitted to your manager for approval.
- Insight into your contract data such as the number of contract hours, salary scale and seniority, gross salary, department, etc.
- Claim your business kilometers, for example for a business or study trip. Record your departure and arrival location and the Youforce app automatically calculates the distance and puts the number of kilometers in the declaration.
- View all your HR documents, such as an employment contract, salary slip or annual statement in My file.
- Change your contact details yourself, such as a new address when you move.
- Supervisors directly report employees sick and better via the app. Very convenient and efficient!
