The fastest and most convenient way of reporting to SJSC “State Real Estate” („Valsts nekustamie īpašumi”) (SRE) regarding an identified property & facility management problem or emergency. The application is intended for all customers and users of buildings managed by SRE.
How to submit a management application?
1. Download and register with a Facebook, Google, or Microsoft account.
2. Fill in the application.
3. Add a picture.
4. Follow the status of the application and receive information on its progress by e-mail.
5. If necessary, contact us - call or send us an e-mail.
Take into consideration!
- Property & facility applications may be submitted only for the SJSC “State Real Estate” owned or managed proprerty.
- Your application will be registered within an hour, and a maximum estimated time for its processing will be set.
- Submitted applications can be cancelled at any time from registration until resolution.

Remember! In the event of a fire, natural disaster, accident, or emergency situation in which human life is in danger - CALL 112!
