Application software Reflecting the scene is one of the smart urban services that VN-IT Company has built for the purpose of receiving and processing people's feedbacks and recommendations, through which support the efficient handling of functional units, aiming to improve the living and working environment for people in Thai Nguyen.
The application Reflecting the scene of the function of supporting people, businesses ... comprehensively reflects activities in the province when they realize the inadequacies by sending feedback to the Monitoring Center, The smart city in Thái Nguyên Province is accompanied by photos.
* Main function:
- Easily send incidents, damages of technical infrastructure in the area related to such areas as transport infrastructure, water supply and drainage, lighting, greenery, electricity, telecommunications, traffic. public ...
- Comments can include photos, bookmarks on the image to illustrate.
- Support automatically locate incidents and locations based on the location feature of the application installation device.
- 2-way interaction (send feedback - receive processing results) quickly. The system will notify when the status reflects recommendations received, answered.
- Track the process of handling reflections.
- Allows application use even when offline.
- All reflection handling is public, through which people can monitor and interact with the results of each agency's reflection handling.
