This application uses VPN Service to perform child protection functions:
VPN Service is used to:
• Block access to dangerous websites, adult content, and gambling sites
• Filter and block malicious URLs and phishing sites
• Control and block age-inappropriate applications
• Prevent searches for sensitive keywords
Clarification:
- Processes data LOCALLY on your child's device
- Does NOT route traffic through external VPN servers
- Does NOT change the device's IP address
- Does NOT collect data Is content not for sale or sharing with third parties?
When you first enable content protection, the app will display a dialog explaining the details of using VPN Service.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install this app on your mobile phone in PARENT mode to view reports and customize settings.
2. Install this app on your child's device in CHILD mode to apply protection rules.
3. Parents can access https://safekid.vn/ to log in and customize settings remotely.
SYSTEM PERMISSIONS
The application requires the following permissions to function:
- Device Administrator: Prevents children from uninstalling the application
- Accessibility Services: Blocks children's access to websites banned by parents
- VPN Service: Filters and blocks dangerous content locally on the device
- Location: Determines the child's location in real time
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Collected information is stored on the Safekid.vn server and is symmetrically encrypted
• Only parent accounts have access to the data
• Data is NOT used for any other purpose
• Data is NOT shared with any third party
• We are committed to deleting data if we receive a request from the corresponding parent account
Parents or guardians authorize via the parent control application.
