About Pluimvee

Since the law changed in 2018 for poultry and keeping untreated hens is required, the risk of pecking increases in your poultry house.

Preventing or even better predict your pecking in poultry house is, therefore, a welcome matter. The Poultry App Perform Group South, developed in collaboration with Wageningen University Research (WUR) Provimi and Cargill is predicting pecking possible.

What you can do with the Poultry App? A lot!

- Predict the risk of feather pecking in your house-
By creating a couple and fill in the questionnaire (which is incidentally based on more than 100 scientific studies), the Poultry App provides you advice for each phase of your flock (rearing, laying farm arrival and peak production). With an indicator of the risk of feather pecking is displayed and you have the possibility to send to yourself the advice at the touch of a button. - Understanding the rearing phase of your torque
