– You see a full schedule of your day's collections and deliveries.
– On the day of a customer's booking, you start the service and drive a loaner to meet them.
– You'll see the customer's address, vehicle, and other relevant information, and you can contact them anytime en route.
– Once you arrive at the customer, you'll exchange the loaner for their vehicle in a seamless and customer-friendly manner.
– When the customer's maintenance is complete, you will return their vehicle to them and bring the loaner back to the dealership.
