The Order Management - Takeaway app integrates with the Order Management system, and allows a customer to be able to place takeaway orders from the comfort of home, without the need for phone.
🍽️ Ideal for pizzerias and restaurants offering take away and home delivery services 🍽️

How it works - for the Client:
✔️Install the app
✔️Import the "ticket" received from the venue manager by clicking on "MANAGE TICKET" and then on "ADD A TICKET"
✔️ Click on "NEW ORDER" and select the delivery time, courses and drinks you want.
✔️Click on "SEND ORDER" and wait for the delivery of the food.
Advantages - for the customer:
✔️You have an always updated menu including a price list and you can choose what to eat in complete calm.
✔️You can view the order just placed with the total to be paid, and if you have forgotten something you can place a new order with the dishes to add (MAX 2 open orders).
✔️You can indicate the desired delivery time.
✔️ The app only works when the takeout / delivery service is actually active, so you don't run the risk of waiting in vain.

How it works - for the manager:
✔️ The manager, in the "Settings" screen of the Command Management app, activates the " Delivery Service " box and specifies: the time slot in which reservations are accepted, the days in which the reservation service is active, and the default expiration of the generated tickets (this operation must be done only once).
✔️ Then the manager clicks on the menu item " Generate Takeaway Ticket " and enters the data of his / her restaurant and of the customer to whom the ticket is to be sent, and eventually modifies the expiry parameters ticket (months of validity and orders that can be made).
✔️The manager sends the ticket to the customer using the classic messaging methods.

Advantages - for the manager:
✔️You do not need dedicated staff to receive take-away calls.
✔️ Orders related to orders are automatically printed in the relevant workstations.
✔️No order errors due to noisy phone calls.
✔️You choose the time slot and the days in which to receive orders.
✔️ The service can be deactivated at any time by unchecking the relevant box on the "Settings" screen.

How much does it cost?
The service costs the customer nothing. For the venue manager, the service is included in the subscription of the "Gestione Comande" service:
