RuaGram is a social application coming from the infamous TCC (Course Completion Work). This solution's main purpose is to offer a technological environment capable of helping municipalities with the correct dimensioning of their homeless population.
Through the application, social workers belonging to the linked municipalities will be able to register profiles of people on the street, giving them information such as: personal data, diagnosed diseases and frequent location. This data can be consulted by all professionals who have access credentials, restricting the display according to Geolocation, thereby allowing decision making, traceability and more accurate establishment of the total quantity.
In addition, RuaGram has a second environment that does not require access credentials. It is geared towards society as a whole, and will serve as a link to volunteering. In this environment the citizen who wishes to donate some type of product to be delivered to people on the street, can use their Geolocation and fill out a simple form. With that, a collection request will be registered in the system and a social worker will go to the residence to collect the donated material.
