My Route is an application of Votorantim Cimentos to improve customer service and for the optimization of logistics operations. Thanks to this tool, our collaborators will have the possibility to inform about the moment in which they pick up their cargo, when they deliver it to their final destination, and at the same time they will be able to report any incident they have along the way. Customers, meanwhile, will know the location of all orders at all times.
