The queens mobile app is a management tool that feeds into the main Queens incident and accident reporting system.

The aim of this app is to capture things before they go wrong and become an accident.

The mobile app gives the shop floor user the flexibility to report incidents (good / bad) and also accidents quickly and efficiently.

The app will enable the user to report the following issues;

• Unsafe situations.
• BRC- and housekeeping issues.
• Environmental issues.
• 5S issues.
• Positive safety improvements and best practices.

For the app to be effective, reduce the risk of accidents, we need your help as senior managers within the group to start to use and integrate the app throughout the organization.
