The application provides employees with access to personal information stored on a cloud server in the databases of the "Automated Safety System" (ASTB) databases created on the platform 1C: Enterprise 8.
Information provided:
- Personnel data (department, position, personnel number);
- contact information (phone, e-mail);
- anthropometry (sizes of shoes, clothes, gloves, headgear and growth);
- schedule for the issuance of protective equipment;
- protection in cleaning;
- history of references.
The application also provides feedback of the organization's employees to the operators of the ASTB cloud server in the context of categories:
- "Refinement of anthropometry";
- "Clarification of personnel information";
- "Adding / changing contact data";
- "Treatment request / service offer";
- "Request for e-mail - notification";
- "Request for sms - notification";
- "Other".
Identification of the employee is performed according to the parameters given to him by the ASTB operator.
